Room to Move
Patrick has developed a unique movement approach that offers the healing power of dance to people of all backgrounds and abilities. He helps people in recovery deepen their connection to their minds and bodies through an expressive, physical, and FUN embodiment practice called Room To Move.
“I had the privilege of taking dance and movement classes with Patrick at a rehabilitation center I attended for substance use disorder. In my life leading up to treatment, I endured significant trauma and mental health conditions that left my body feeling like a cage, unable to ever feel comfortable or safe in my skin. Thanks in large part to Patrick and his classes, I was able to feel the joy of being fully present in my own body for the first time in 36 years. It is a gift that has changed my life and I will never take for granted.”
